Ghost Workforce is an independent research desk on Dubai real estate. We surface what raw data shows about specific properties, areas, and developer track records — without commercial agendas, listings, or broker incentives sitting between buyers and the underlying numbers.
What We Do
We operate two parallel surfaces. The editorial blog publishes original analysis on Dubai property — area guides, regulatory frameworks, broker operations, market dynamics — built on 18 years of DLD transaction data and primary-source verification. The research desk provides interactive thesis-building tools for buyers underwriting Dubai property acquisitions.

Dubai real estate buyers see curated listings, broker pitches, and developer marketing. The underlying data — pricing patterns by vintage band, service charge trajectories by community, post-handover delivery records, regulatory mechanics — sits beyond casual reach. Ghost Workforce makes that data legible and actionable, so buyers decide on signal rather than presentation.

The desk is calibrated specifically to Dubai market reality — DLD freehold framework, RERA broker oversight, escrow protections under Law 8 of 2007, master community service charge architecture, golden visa thresholds, and the procedural specifics buyers face on each transaction. We do not generalise across markets.
Independent by Design
We do not sell properties, route deals to brokers, or earn commissions on transactions. The buyer decides; brokers execute. This separation is built into our operating model, not a positioning claim.
